Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Society, and Policy and a Master’s in Organization Development from Penn State University, equipping her with the skills to foster a thriving, mission-driven culture. She finds the most fulfillment in seeing the direct impact of her work—knowing that by supporting the staff, she is helping children and families receive the highest quality care. Nicole is committed to making KOTM the gold standard for employee experience, ensuring the best professionals are in place to drive the Hope in Motion movement forward. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors, as well as spending time with her beloved Boxer, Maisie.
