Ella Jespersen, Vice President of Clinical Services and Revenue Management at Kids on the Move, has dedicated her career to ensuring children with autism and developmental needs receive the highest quality support. Her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in 2003 when she helped a family build a team of providers to support their child, sparking a lifelong commitment to the science of behavior change. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Utah Licensed Behavior Analyst, Ella has played a pivotal role in expanding service accessibility, improving quality assurance, and leading KOTM’s Autism Center to full accreditation with the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ). She finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing the direct impact of her work—whether through improving client engagement, developing robust quality standards, or helping children gain essential skills. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, canyon campfires, and spending time with her family, which keeps her grounded and reminds her of the importance of balance. Dedicated to continuous growth and improvement, Ella remains focused on expanding KOTM’s reach, driving business development, and ensuring that every child and family receives the personalized support they need to thrive.
