Kids On The Move is part of a great community that has supported us since 1986. Each year, we rely on donations of time, money, and materials to supplement the state and federal grants that support our programs. We welcome and need your involvement!
How Can I Make a Cash Donation?

How Do I Become a Sponsor of Kids On The Move?
Event Sponsors provide funding, in-kind donations and/or volunteers to a specific event like our annual Corporate Sports Challenge. Sponsor levels and benefits vary depending on the event.
Program Sponsors support resources for on-going programs and/or new initiatives. Dedicated program sponsor donations are directed to include scholarship dollars, equipment and program delivery costs.
Matching Sponsors leverage their gift by encouraging others to give and thereby “doubling” future donations.

Can I Include Kids On The Move In My Will?
A bequest to KOTM is as simple as an amendment (codicil) to your will stating, “I give the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate (or dollar amount) to Kids On The Move, Inc.”
There are creative ways in which Kids On The Move, you and your loved ones may all benefit at the same time through thoughtful planning. To get started, notify us of your intent to make a planned gift, then contact your investment or tax advisor to determine the best strategy to do so. We can provide you with some examples.

How Does My Participation in the Corporate Sports Challenge Benefit Kids?
Join us at our annual Corporate Sports Challenge, Golf Tournament, or other event where all proceeds will be used to serve the 2,500 children and families we help every year. For more info on how to recruit a team, go to the Events page. You can Register Today for the 2015 Corporate Sports Challenge to be held on June 5, 2014 at KOTM and Orem Community Hospital.
Is There A Way to Help Kids On The Move in Searching and Purchasing Online?
Does Your Family or Group Want To Hold a Fund Raiser for Kids On The Move?
Start your own fundraiser and donate the proceeds to Kids On The Move. Some families have put on a race, a benefit concert or neighborhood garage sale. Please contact us at 801.221.9930 to coordinate your event in our calendar and for help with promotion.
How Can Donating My "Old Clunker" Help Kids?
Yes, you can even donate your car or vehicle by calling 1-800-240-0160 or go to www.donateacar.com and our national partner will arrange for its pick up, sale and donation. They will send you a statement for your taxes and send a check to us, which allows us to serve more kids.
Does Collecting and Donation Recyclable Materials Helps Kids?
Collect recyclable paper, cardboard, magazines, etc. and drop them off at the recycling bin at our office in Orem. Collect used printer/copier cartridges and cell phones and bring them to our office where we can turn them in and receive the proceeds.
How Can I Give To Kids On The Move Through United Way?
Kids On The Move has been a long-term partner agency with the United Way of Utah County since our founding in 1986. We benefit directly from donations to their Community Fund along with other local charities. If you live outside the local area or wish to designate your gift to “Kids On The Move,” your local United Way will pass on 100 % of that donation to us. If your employer does not yet run a United Way campaign, please encourage them to do so.
Can I Donate Through A Payroll Dedication at My Office?
If you don’t already have a United Way or Employee Charitable Giving campaign which automatically deducts a specified amount from your paycheck, talk to your Human Resources office. Many employers also have a “matching” program which matches your gift with a gift from the company.
Are You Looking For An Eagle Scout Project?
Each year, about 50 scouts do their Eagle Project for Kids On The Move. We have a binder at our front desk of some great ideas for your project.Please come by our office during business hours (8:00 am and 5:00 pm) to see if there are any projects that would fit your interests.
