Support Systems Make a Difference—Step Up with Us!

On March 21, we unite with a global voice to advocate for the rights, inclusion, and well-being of people with Down syndrome. When we speak up together, our impact is stronger!

Join Kids on the Move in celebrating World Down Syndrome Day by wearing your boldest, brightest, or most mismatched socks to raise awareness! When someone asks about your socks, let them know:

🧦 “I’m wearing them to support individuals with Down syndrome and to start a conversation about inclusion and understanding!”

How to Get Involved:

• Wear Bold Socks – Grab your most colorful, mismatched, or eye-catching socks and wear them proudly on March 21 to show your support.
• Post & Share – Snap a picture of your socks and post it on social media using #StepUpForSupport #StrutYourSocks. Tag @KidsOnTheMove so we can feature your support on our stories!
• Engage & Invite – Challenge your friends and family to participate! The more people who join, the louder our message for inclusion and acceptance.
• Make an Impact – Join the Sock Challenge, donate to Kids on the Move, and share the fundraiser. Every dollar raised helps provide life-changing services for children with developmental disabilities
